In case the goods did not suit you for subjective reasons, the prepayment covers the delivery and is not returned.

The company carries out the return and exchange of goods of proper quality in accordance with the Law "On Consumer Rights Protection". Within 14 days from the moment of purchase, you have the right to return or exchange the goods.

Return of goods for retail customers is based on the Law of Ukraine, Article 9 "On Consumer Rights" and specific rules prescribed on this website. You can return the goods if they did not suit you in style, size or even color.

Not subject to return.

Goods of improper quality (used, worn)

Goods purchased more than two weeks after purchase.

Return of goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer Procedure for returning goods of proper quality:

- call the number 063-350-12-83 and inform about the intention to return the paid goods;

- send us the goods (the manager will send you the shipping details);

- after receiving and checking the contents of the parcel for compliance with the conditions for returning the goods, we will refund your money to your bank card or send another product within 5-7 business days.

The return is processed and the funds are credited within a working week from the moment the return is received at the factory.
