Add the selected product to the cart, fill in all the required fields on the order form and click the "Order" button. After placing your happy order, the manager will contact you!
Use the Nova Poshta “Easy Return” service to return the product for FREE:
Important! The service is available only in the Nova Poshta mobile application and in your personal account
To do this:
log in to your account in the NP application on your mobile phone or the Nova Poshta online account;
select the invoice for which you received the order;
click the “Easy Return” option, select the reason and get a return declaration number;
send the order using the return declaration number (must be scanned at the branch or provided to a Nova Poshta employee)
If you do not have the NP application, then send the purchased product together with the Application for Exchange/Return to the address indicated in the TTN of the received product or contact our manager for clarification.
